Avantagents – Legacy Business Acceleration Practice
From 2017 to 2024, Avantagents Limited operated as a boutique business acceleration consultancy helping decision‑makers in Asia structure deals, raise capital and enter new markets. The practice supported SMEs and investors with project financing, go‑to‑market strategy and procurement optimisation across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Europe.
Core activities included:
Procurement support with crisis management, vendor sourcing, price and exclusivity negotiation, and production follow‑up.
Go‑to‑market support, including business plan refinement, market studies, identification of clients and partners, and office set‑up.
Project financing, including preparation of valuation reports and data rooms, and fundraising support.
Matchmaking between projects, investors, clients and strategic partners.
Today, Avantagents primarily serves as the holding and advisory platform for new initiatives such as Deal Negotiation Institute, and Better Call a Negotiator, while continuing to take on a limited number of bespoke advisory mandates by referral.
